La Casa Hogar te invita a una clínica legal para ayudarte a solicitar la ciudadanía. Este es el primer paso para proteger tu estatus legal y el de tu familia. Si calificas, te representaremos legalmente durante todo el proceso, desde la evaluación inicial hasta que obtengas tu ciudadanía.

QUE NECESITAS TRAER:
✅ Tarjeta de residencia permanente (mica)
✅ Identificación con foto (ID o licencia)
✅ Pasaporte
✅ Impuestos del 2024 y todos sus formularios W-2
✅ Historial de viajes de los últimos 5 años (con fechas)
✅ Historial de empleos de los últimos 5 años
✅ Certificados de matrimonio y/o divorcio
✅ Nombres y fechas de nacimiento de sus hijos MENORES

TARIFA:
? $760 en MONEY ORDER en BLANCO (para inmigración)
? $110 por la representación legal (aceptamos efectivo, tarjeta o cheque)

⚠️ Es posible que califique para una tarifa reducida de la aplicación si recibe estampillas de comida, seguro médico estatal, asistencia en efectivo, y/o si tiene bajos ingresos. 

¿COMO ES EL PROCESO?
?Se evaluara tu caso
? Si calificas aplicaras con nuestra ayuda el 9 de agosto
⏳ Esperarás entre 4 a 6 meses
? Asistirás a una entrevista de ciudadanía en Yakima
?️ Te harán preguntas sobre tu solicitud
? Tomarás un examen de civismo e historia de EE. UU. (algunas personas pueden calificar para una exención, pero todos deben hacer una entrevista)

La Casa Hogar invites you to a legal clinic to help you apply for U.S. citizenship. This is the first step to protect your legal status and your family’s future. If you qualify, we will represent you throughout the entire process, from the initial screening to naturalization.

WHAT TO BRING:
✅ Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
✅ ID or driver’s license
✅ Passport
✅ 2024 Tax Return and all W-2s
✅ Travel history from the last 5 years (with dates)
✅ Work history from the last 5 years
✅ Marriage and/or divorce certificates
✅ Names and birthdates of your MINOR children

FEES:
? $760 via BLANK MONEY ORDER (for immigration)
? $110 for legal representation (we accept cash, card, or check)

⚠️ You MAY qualify for a reduced immigration application fee if you receive food stamps, state medical insurance, cash assistance, and/or if you have low income. We’ll help evaluate your eligibility.

WHAT DOES THE PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

? If eligible you will apply with our help on November 8th
⏳ You’ll wait about 4 to 6 months
? You will attend your citizenship interview in Yakima
?️ You’ll be asked questions about your application
? You’ll take a civics and U.S. history test (some people may qualify for a waiver, but everyone must attend the interview)
